Stamped concrete gets picked twice: once for the pattern pressed into the slab, and again for the color mixed through it. Both get chosen before the pour, because neither one is something you change afterwards.
Pattern sets the texture and the joint layout. Ask to see one poured before you commit — a sample board reads very differently from a whole driveway.
These are Davis pigments, added to the concrete itself rather than sprayed on the surface. That is why a chipped edge or a saw cut still shows color instead of grey. Printed charts and poured concrete never match exactly, so check a real sample in daylight before deciding.
